Hi All, I am working on Offline features of SMP 3.0 Android, Saving data in Cache and syncing with backend when network available. Once I close all activities and login in online mode the Cache getting cleared and no data available in the cache.I am using SP03. Is there any issue with Libraries or is it the nature of libraries?? Please suggest me any alternative to work on this. Need suggestions on next versions for complete offline features.

Hi, I have a question on SMP3 and AppDevelopment (native iOS Offline):
when i am online the posting of data to backend is working fine, when i go offline and add an entry the log shows the message as follows
now i came to online , the automatic calling of offline requests are not invoking.
As for postbody i am using a Json format

Fiori Launchpage -tiles issues
Hello,
If I set up n roles in user gateway, on the launchpage, I got n times the same aplication (one only app), like I present in the image.
We have SAPUI5 version 1.12.7. (we cannot increase the support packages at the momment).
If I open the url sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/Pages('%2FUI2%2FLAUNCH_PAGE')?$expand=allCatalogs/Chips I got two entries, for different applications, in this case:

SMP 3.0 Server access over internet
Hi,
We have installed SMP 3.0 server on Amazon Web Services cloud. The installation is successful and we are able to access the Management cockpit using IP address within the cloud server.
The AWS configuration has public and private IP. The SMP server using the private IP hence we are not able to access over internet as we need to use the public IP of AWS cloud instance.
We want to understand how can change the SMP server configuration to point the public IP instead of Private IP. Or any other solution to access through the public IP over internet.

Agentry Editor - Property Browser
SMP SDK 3.0 SP04 contains an updated Eclipse plugin(7.0.3.605) that was supposed to correct the Property Browser. However, it remains broken for me even after updating the plugin. I have also attempted uninstalling and reinstalling, but have not had any success.
Is there anything else that can be tried to correct this issue? It's a pretty big roadblock.

Open Mobile App via URL or Link

We have a requirement from a user that wants to launch the BI Mobile App from a URL or Link.
For example, a user is reading the email or view a web page via a Ipad, they want to click on a Link in the web page or email
and it will launch the BI mobile app and show them the reports....
Is this possible?

Cache Odata Offline mode iOS native application

I am working on Offline Data SMP 3.0, i am saved Service Document and MetaData in cache already but, when turn off internet connection, I will read service document and metadata in cache but i can not get service document schema and metadata schema because entityType in service document and metadata are null, Please suggest me how to read service document and metadata in Cache on Offline Mode or give me some example.

SAPConsole authentication
Hello experts,
we would like to setup SSO for SAP Gui based on Active Directory and kerberos ticket.
In parallel we have the requirement that some users connect to SAP with their PDA through SAPConsole (we are using Intermec CK3 model). So far we have setup SAPConsole to connect to SAP via telnet (we are using Pragma telnet server).
But our question is when SSO will be setup for SAP Gui using Kerberos, how are we supposed to manage authentication for users using PDA since no password will be activated in SAP ? Is it possible to have SSO as well ? Or is there any workaround for the PDA authentication ?
Please note that webConsole or ITS mobile can not be an option since the Client wants to use telnet mostly for network/performance matters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Migrating from SAP IM 3.2 to SAP IM 4.0

We are using SAP IM 3.2 for one of our customers. We have made many enhancements (at frontend, java layer and SAP backend) to the SAP IM 3.2.
Now if we want to upgrade to SAP IM 4.0, how these enhancements can be moved from SAP IM 3.2 to latest version .

Block email client by using a policy - Afaria 7.0 SP04
Hi,
One of our customers is using Afaria 7.0 SP04.
They want to make sure email is only accessible through touchdown and not using apple email client. Is it possible to block email client by using a policy?

Using a different transaction to change values of the main transaction
Hi;
I am working on Work Manager 6.0 customising using Agentry 6.1.3 and am using the windows .NET client for testing. I have this edit transaction which has on it the update step. On this transaction I have a couple of properties, whose values I would like to set using different edit transactions, using different buttons, each button with a different action, which calls a different transaction. Is what I am trying to do possible? I have implemented this as below, but when I click on the first button, it does not respond:
Above: This is the main edit transaction, whose property values I would like to edit using the following edit transaction of the same object type:
In this second transaction I have set initial property values, and am expecting these to be updated onto the main transaction, for example, for the COMPL_IO field, I have implemented it as follows:
On the main transaction property, I have specified that the values of these properties in context are coming from a different property, which is the different transaction, please see below:
In my action I have put the second transaction first, followed by an apply and then the main transaction followed by another apply, but when I click on this button, nothing seems to be populated/changed on the main transaction properties, its as if the second InspectionOrderStart transaction is not being recognised.
Please advise as to how I would go about updating the values of one transaction's properties using another transaction, am I on the right track or I'm missing something?

Load Balancer and Certificates for Agentry in SMP 3.0
Under SMP 3.0, I have two SMP servers (clustered) that are running an Agentry application. I need to load balance these two SMP servers. Without a load balancer, the Agentry client would connect to one (or the other) SMP server by using the URL connection of "https://SMPserver1:8081/APPNAME" or "https://SMPserver2:8081/APPNAME".
I am assuming that to set up the load balancer, it will need to accept communications on port 8081 (from the devices) and then pass that traffic into one of the two SMP servers over port 8081. Please confirm or correct this assumption. What protocol does the load balancer need to communicate to the SMP servers (TCP like back at Agentry version 6, and/or some other protocol)?
What would be the URL/connection that the devices would now need to use? Would it be "https://LOADBALANCER:8081/APPNAME"?
And lastly, in a single SMP server environment, there is a certificate (smp_crt.cer) that needs to be installed on the clients in order for it to communicate to the SMP server. Given that the devices are now communicating to the load balancer, does a certificate need to be created for the server LOADBALANCER and then that certificate issued onto the devices? If so, are there instructions as to how that certificate should be created?

Afaria inventory of iOS devices does not work
Hi Community,
we have an issue with our Afaria server.
It looks like that for devices which are rolled out after the update to ios 7.1.2 no inventory is done. With inventory I mean the collection of information about the app versions, carrier, sim number and so on. All devices which have been installed before May, have done the collection.
Do you think this is an issue of the iOs Version or ist this a configuration issue of the Afaria Server?
I hope you can provide some help. We need to do a report of a special app installed on the devices including the version. Whne we run the report, we don't get the data of all devices. This is where we recorgnised this issue.
We don't use the Afaria Cloud edition, we have an inhouse installation.

Consume OData service in SUP 2.1.3
Hello,
How to consume of OData service in SUP 2.1.3 for creating MBO for HWC?
Our OData service is having mandatory filters which needs to be passed.
So, while creating XSD from XML should we need to use the above URL or http://xxx:8000/sap/opu/odata/sap/Z_TEST_V2_SRV/?$format=xml
If we are using http://xxx:8000/sap/opu/odata/sap/Z_TEST_V2_SRV/?$format=xml and convert it in XSD then we are not able to see FEED in the MBO creation.
Also, if we are using http://xxx:8000/sap/opu/odata/sap/Z_TEST_V2_SRV/Entity_Set_Name/?$filter=Filter1 eq 'value1'and Filter2 eq 'value2' and convert it into XSD then we are able to see the FEED in MBO creation but while choosing the fields it is throwing us java.lang.nullpointer exception.
Can anyone explain us the solution for the problem?

AppBuilder - Back button
I'm having a problem with the "Back" button.
It's there because on each page I've activated the "showNavButton" option.But the thing is ... it doesn't work, nothing happens.
I didn't modify the default function "backBtnTap: function() ":
