We have a time property on an object and it's value comes from backend. Problem is that the value comes as empty from backend but Agentry converts it to 12:00:00 AM. Is there any way to set time property empty? (Date properties have an option such as "Display blank for unset value")

Hi All,
I have a query on adding steps on any transactions.
1. I created a .java file (say CustomerSteplet.java) in Java project then exported the application in the jar file. Then I placed the .jar file in server directory and mentioned the path in the JaveBE.ini file.
2. In Agentry , I created a Java step
a. Create Java steplet - > From Existing class - > and then gave the newly created java file name (CustomerSteplet)
b. Use the existing script ( Since we have already copied the file in the server hence I do not override the existing script)
By default it creates the step name as NewJavaSteplet1 ( or any other numeric value like NewJavaSteplet2, NewJavaSteplet3.. etc) and the Java class will have the entire path ( say com.sap.steplet.CustomerSteplet)
Now When I want to change the name from NewJavaSteplet1 to CustomerSteplet . It gives me a warning message
I still clicked ok and then associated it with a transaction ..
During the client - server communication , when this transaction was invoked it gave the Java error as class not found .. Is this the reason that that the new .class file could not be recognized.
Please suggest.

Firstly we were having equipment with serial numbers so while adding equipment it was getting called.
Now we are having some equipment without serial numbers so we need to disable this screen for these special equipment.
In what all ways I can add this change?

We are working on the Theme Designer and facing an issue when we set it as the default theme.
We have built a custom theme for the launchpad in the Theme Designer /UI5/THEME_DESIGNER where we have added a new background image and logo.
When we go to the transaction /UI5/THEME_TOOL we get the parameter for the theme.
We add the parameter to the launchpad url and the theme works fine.
But when we set this theme in the transaction /UI2/NWBC_CFG_CUST and try to open the launchpad, No theme is loaded in the launchpad not even the standard Bluecrystal theme.
We go to the chrome debugging and see the error:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE

Hi experts, We are getting very strange message when we launch the WM6.1 APP in ipad.
When launched, it ask for user/password and next the SMP server URL ending with SAPWM.
After that it is asking me for the AgentryCert.p12 file and password. Please see attached screen shot.
We have received the XCODE project from SAP and packaged it with our own Apple provisioning profile.
Appreciate any insight.

I want to predefine a connection for the bi mobile app with a sapbi link.
Therfore the managed app configuration should contain the parameter conn.list.1. My problem is that the value that contains the sapbi link can not be saved.
What is the problem here? Has it to do with the format of the link? In my opinion the value should be string value.

We are using SAP Fiori Timesheet applications. While UI has already wowwwwed everyone, i am trying to fill in the gaps with obvious functionalists. Moving away from ESS Timesheet application there seems to be loss of some of functionality, can you please confirm
1) Copy from Previous week
2) Save as favorite entry and apply to TimeSheet week
3) Planned working hours
A new option for "Quick Entry" or "Suggestions" is available. But they are empty in this case. I have seen few SDN post/questions to suggest that hrs can not be added to this list. I am looking for suggestions and inputs to minimize functionality gaps.

In Enrollment Server Step , Instalaltion Screen asks me SSL Certificate.
I Use Afaria for ONLY ANDROID.
Do I need to pıint any certificate in this step?
HI Experts I have implemented the My Quality Tasks and Report Quality Issue Fiori Apps. I have configured the apps according to the following document My Quality Task and Report Quality Issue. I have raised a couple of tasks from the backend SAP R3 however the same are not being visible when i click the tile of the app. Although the number of Quality tasks appear on the App tile but when i click on the tile the details are not being shown. I have debugged the corresponding gateway service and the details are being fetched by the webservice however the same are not being displayed in the UI. Kindly help.
Hi Experts,
We have successfully implemented the Leave request Approval scenario and it is working perfectly, No inconsistency or Error of any sort, Screen is also visible easily,
BUT
On the application, The Available Leave Balance has mismatch as compared to the Back-end for example Leave available for the creator are 20 and on fiori screen its showing 15.
Please Help.

I am trying to install SMP 3.0 SP03 Server on Windows machine.
Below are the system details:
SMP Server: 3.0
Patch Level: 03
Windows OS: Windows 7 64 Bit i3-3220 @ 3.30GHz
Microsoft .Net Framework: 4.5
Microsoft Visual C++: 2005, 2008, 2010
The error which I am facing during installation is;
"Failed to create Windows service SAPSMPTestUserLogonService to try to set service LOGON permissions for smpServiceUser user account."
Please find the attached screenshot.
Prior to this error, I was getting another error "Failed to create Windows User account smpServiceUser".
And therefore I have created smpServiceUser manually on the Windows machine which has Administrator privileges.
I have also attached the installation logs. Unable to find any clue in it to resolve the issue.
I have followed the installation steps provided on Running the Installer - Installation: SAP Mobile Platform Server for Windows - SAP Library.
Please put in your valuable suggestions.

2. If I move JavaBE file of PO Management to the C:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server. Onlu PO Management app works properly. Material Management displays this error.

On a CreateTransaction screen, there is a ListSelection field which includes "Location" objects such as "Office1","Office2"...
When display these objects on ListSelection field, display format is "Code-Value"". Code is LocationName and Value is Distance. Afterfirst transmit of application, ListSelection shows just four objects but on log files all objects are retrieved. After second tranmit, ListSelection shows all objects.
Location objects has a unique LocID key property. What is the difference between these tranmits?

I am developing a Gateway OData service, and have one question I would like to clarify with you.
I have a requirement to send to the mobile device 10 different text tables (i.e. TVK1T, TVK2T, TVK3T, etc) using an OData web service.
I see two possible approaches for doing these:
1) Create 10 different entities, one for each table, where each of one will have two properties:
-Code
-Text
This way, I have to define a query operation for each entity and an RFC for each text table in the SAP Backend.
Then, the data can be retrieved from the mobile app using one $bacth request with 10 operations inside.
2) Create one entity that will have the fields:
- Table ID
- Code
- Text
This way, I can retrieve the data for the 10 tables using just one RFC I develop in the SAP Backend.
The mobile app just have to send one request containing one operation.
* In my opiinon, the second one is the best approach because the effort is much less than the first one, and it will be much more performant.
* In your opinion, What is the best approach to follow?

We recently installed the Fiori myTimesheet application. We are on SRA002 SP06 and UIX01HCM SP04. We have applied note 2085833. No error is output in Fiori, but no data is saved either. In the ECC backend, there is a short dump in ST22. Does anyone know why this is happening?
