We are install SAP Business Object XI 4.0 SP 2 PL 12, the full Package,
we try to start the SAP Business Object Mobile servers (VAS & VMS), but it's stopped.
as in the Pic:
We don,t know what's the reason?

Hi Experts,
I have changed the work order assignment type in the mobile data object to 6(Operation level Work Center).In ir02 assigned the work center to perner(User ID).When tried to perform sync from Ipad, encountering the error "Work center is not defined in the user profile for logged user".I have cross verified the perner settings in PA30.All Configurations seems to be fine.
Kindly suggest how to proceed further.Thanks in advance.

So, my request is this:

to retrieve, using Class Security and Property MDM Version the information
If you wish to throw a different class and property in there, so I can see how that would be done, it would aid my learning

What are the disadvantages of making customization to standard agentry mobile app without making a "Z" copy? One of my customers has already made some changes to standard app with out making a z copy and I am trying to determine the cost to us in the long run. Appreciate if somebody can help clarify this question. Thanks in advance.
After I upgrade my Galaxy Note4 from 4.4(Kitkat) to 5.0(Lollipop), I can't install Afaria samsung MMEP app.
Every time I tried I saw this failure message as below.
After failure message there is install pop-up again.
Please solve this program, I cannot see any e-mail in my phone.

I have added work orders from device and performed sync from the device.But encountering an :Internal Storage" error and sync has been stopped.
I have encountered this error many times and have performed reset of the Application.Kindly suggest the reason why this error will be encountered.

Hi Team,
We have some enterprise apps running on iPad and the devices are on Kiosk mode using Afaria, and they were working fine from past 2months without any issues recently one of the apps got crashed on more than half of the devices that we have and all we can see is the icons wiggling (as if we get an option to uninstall them),
we checked it from the app server and everything seems to be fine as some of the devices are still working. so is there anything that we can check through the Afaria console?
And is there any other logs that we can get from the Afaria console other than the connectivity log which i know how to do that.
And please let me know if this is something related to the Afaria server or something related to the Apps.

I have a problem, that for some Screens Complex Table drop down checkbox Show All doesn't stick, meaning that once I selected it, when I come back to selection or after closing/opening the application the checkbox is again Unselected.
Does someone ever faced the issue? What could be the problem/resolution?
Is it possible to create a button in Agentry that will copy data from a String field into the system clipboard? This would need to work for both Windows and iOS.

We are upgrading from Work manager 5.3 to Work manager 6.2 . While upgrading application I just created "Workorder" class by extending standard Workorder class. I did n't changed any functionality.After that in config panel replaced the standard class with customized class with standard class.
Added the customized the jar in "Java" folder after that added the jar path in Agentry.ini file.
But when we synch the application getting an error in ReadClientWorkorderStepHandler like
null object wo in method wo.setProperties
So if we replace the standard class with customized class in config panel,whether the parent class will available. If that is the case why I am getting this error.
Please suggest.

I am creating new Syclo mobile app for windows platform (1366*768). Print functionality is added and I am trying to generate the PDF using the Jasper Reports with the help of Command line and its working fine in my local SMP server. But whenever I export the project and try in another machine, I am getting error msgs in command line which flashes off suddenly after I click the print button. and its working fine in my system. I couldn't find any dependency files which affect this print functionality. What will be the exact problem? Can anyone help me on this?

We need to show captured signature into the our PDF file.
How do we send this signature property from agentry to PDF? Is there a way to send signature image to PDF file.

I am trying to fetch all service order item level values from SAP CRM. log file i am able to see all the values from table. I am unable to add it to the agentry app. when i add the agentry app is completely empty with no tabs.
I am using Service order Object, service order fetch bapi, service order fetch stephandler, serviceorder fetch steplet.
Should i use "ServiceOrderItem" Object?
I am able to fetch header level values and able to display. Please do help in fetching item level value.

I configured SMP 3.0 for GCM & APNS. Now to check i am sending notification using Rest Client. My Android device gets the notification but iOS device is not able to.
My iPhone gets registered successfully & i gets the registration id as well. But how to send the notification using Rest client to iOS devices or APNS.
SMP 3.0 doesn't gets the Device token no or UDID no. of the iOS device.
Please suggest how to send notification to APNS after device gets registered with the App ID.

Dear Gurus,
I am working on SYCLO Work Manager 5.3 and I have to do some modifications on the same.
Pertaining to the modifications one thing is to interact / trigger to print from work manager application to portable printer.
As suggested in one of the discussion to use ActiveX control, I had been through few blows and also with infocenter.
Still there is no clear idea for me how to start up like, installing activex ? how to use in application ? how it helps for the version 5.3 ?
Please help me out to know these things.
