We wanted to run the Service Manager App in Windows Surface Pro 3. I have installed the WPF Client in the surface but I am not able to run it.
I used the same client that was used in the laptop ( using Windows 7 ).
I could not find any Service Manager App in Windows Store as well..
How we can run Agentry Client in Windows Surface Pro 3.
Please suggest..

Are there any updates on getting SAP BusinessObjects Mobile available for Windows tablets? I know that in late 2014, they were considering support for the Windows tablets. I just want to see if there's any progress on that.

We have a scenario where Notification gets created automatically when we create a work order in SAP.
For this, Required configuration is already in place and Notification gets created automatically at header level when we save the work order in SAP.
We want similar requirement in Syclo as well.
When we create work order in Syclo/Mobile device, Notification should be created automatically, Which is also working.
Now the Problem is, when we create work order from syclo, it creates the notification and attaches to work order under objects tab.
It should have behave in similar fashion the way standard SAP works, which is not happening. At header level, Notification is left blank when we create it from Syclo. And its creates new notification again if we go to SAP - IW22 and save the notification.
Do we need to do any configuration to get the notification number updated at header level.

We're developing / configuring a Work Manager 6.1 application which communicates with an SMP 3.0 SP 4.
We want to set up push for work orders as well as attachments on work orders.
In the application definitions:
In configpanel:
We can observe that the push notifications are getting generated on the backend, because I can see them in the push instance monitor:
For attachments:
For an urgent work order:
For attachments, the status is process with current status new until the moment that you perform a synchronize on the agentry client, however long you wait. After the synchronize is finished, it gets the status completed with current status cancelled.
For work orders, it just gets the status completed, with 0 total recipients, even though I am connected in the agentry client at that time.
In user monitor, I saw that there were no active connections for my user:
But in SMP admin console (around the same time):
Other observations: when I run /SYCLO/CORE_OTRIG_RETRY_PROG on backend server, it only finds outbound triggers for those with status "process", not those with status "completed".
I have also looked at the troubleshooting document: http://scn.sap.com/community/mobile/blog/2014/03/25/troubleshooting-sap-work-manager-60-attach-document-issue, but we are already on SMERP 610_700 SP4.
I could also not find any errors in the SMP server log.
Any advice, additional things I can check, ... are highly appreciated as I currently don't know where to look anymore.

I am able to open this using BSP URL in the new tab but my requirement is open in the same window and navigate to back using HOME button on fiori launchpad.

I have developed the cordova hybrid app using Kapsel plugin. SMP registration, login is working fine. I have configured GW server url as endpoint url and selected the URL Rewriting option as shown below. Since this app is going to be used over internet, we have necessary infrascature in place like MDM(MOBILE IRON) solution that would do reverse proxy to SMP ( which is also working fine). But when app reaches to make a gateway service call, it is directly calling the service url instead of going through SMP. How can I make service call through SMP? I am looking something like http://SMPURL:8080/<gateway service name>.
If it works, then I can directly make gateway service call using the below code by not hitting the actual gateway service url as shown below

Hello *, we plan to use the app MyTasks for our sales reps in addition to WebUI we offer at present. Now we located that partnerdetermination (in our case standard determination for contact persons) does not work the way as designed in customizing and used properly in WebUI. We are using SAP IM 3.2.
We created one unplanned count document and added two line items having same material (duplicate line items). When we do the transmit we are getting error message as shown below:
We have deleted one duplicate line item and did the transmit. Even though we are getting the same error message.(Here deletion is not completing deleting the transactions, it is just clearing from screen)
Is it a product bug? Is there any workaround for this issue.

we are using a List Tile View with a Single Click Action, which works fine.
But now we want to add a button (or something else you can click on) to the List Tile View with a different action.
So, if you click on this button, action A should be executed. And if you click somewhere else into the tile, action B should be started.
Is this somehow possible? Thanks!

I added a field to complex table ctCatalogGroup. The field was already contemplated on the backend so I only had to add it in Agentry. It worked fine for a while but suddenly it started giving me this error during transmit every time since then:

Hi,We are on SAP Netweaver 7.4. All component are of recent version as of March 2015. We installed SAP FIORI component required for SAP MDG. I have setup SAP FIORI for SAP MDG. Transactional Apps are working fine. Request can be created but I am getting issues to make the "Approve" icon/button to work on Approval App.
I get below error when I start Approval TXN App. I don't know if this has any relationship with my Approve button not working.We have non SAP HANA system.

HI All,
We have HWC apps on SMP 2.3.5 server and we just applied PL01 and PL02 to support Android Lollipop devices but after that we have not been able to receive workflow messgaes from backend to Android devices. This was working before the patches were applied.
We are not able to see even queued messages in SCC or any logs in Gateway system regarding WFDCN without payload.

I have been introduced to SAP in 2005, prior i have just completed my education.
So my first I.T experience started with Abap, and been involved mostly in ERP's.
Later I have been involved in multiple technologies like SAP BI , SAP PI Workflows but my 90% of exp is handling ERP business and on Abap..
Now that it has been 10 yrs I have decided to move form Core Abaper to next level.
I decided to pursue SAP Mobile as I see more in any organization every thing is leveraged to Mobile apps for User friendly and acceptability.
I wanted to know how to start to become an SAP Mobile App developer.
Is Core Abap and ERP experience enough to get into new field.( i am not a Java guy but can learn quick)
How to get an system to do some hands on .
Which is latest Mobile technology to get in SAP.
Where do we get the Development notes for this technology
In whole how to get transformed to SAP Mobile Developer.
