Hello Experts,

 

 

 

We are working on Work Manager 6.2 for Windows client. I am using Agentry editor plugin 70.9.0.6. I am facing one issue

in looping over a complex table.

 

Issue Description - I have one Sub Action in which I want to loop over a Complex Table. I have to select one child index because

of the specific requirement. When I select that child index I am getting below error message.

 

 

It is saying something like if I want to select the child index I have to provide data to the Parent index(Please Correct me if I am wrong).

What should I do in order to loop over all the values of the child index. Could you please suggest.

your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello Experts,

We have upgraded environment to Afaria 7 SP 15.

Whenever we try to enroll iOS/Enroll devices through SSP, the SSP automatically logs out when we perform enrollment.

 

Please suggest us troubleshooting steps to resolve the SSP timeout issue.

I am trying to set up an SMP 3.0 server in a DMZ running a custom build Agentry application.  The mobile application will be running on iPads running ios 9.3.2 using the SAP Mobile Platform Agentry Client v70.12.1.1.  The mobile device will be communicating over AT&T wireless.  An external facing IP address was established and is being translated to the internal IP address on the company network.  When setting up the SMP server in the DMZ, a self signed certificate was generated to correspond to the external facing server name (DNS) using for connecting to the internal network.  The new cert generated was loaded on the iPad, however I am receiving an SSL Invalid Chain error when trying to connect the mobile device to the SMP server in the DMZ.  The generated certificate is stored in the smp_keystore on the server, but the old certificate is still contained in the local_smp_keystore on the server.  Has anyone set up an SMP 3.0 server in a DMZ, communicating with iPad devices using a public wireless network?  What guidance can you provide to assist me in eliminating the invalid certificate issue that I am encountering?

Wanting to know if its possible (or anyone has successfully attempted it) to expand/collapse fields in SAP Work Manager for Maximo 8.0 on screens during an edit action.

 

For example if I were to answer Yes for question/label 1, could I collapse question/label 2 from being potentially filled in during edit based on answer for question/label 1.

Hi experts,

 

Has SAP come up with any new ideas of integrating Syclo with IOT. I tried researching on that but I am not any helpful materials.

For example, RoundsManager is basically used for technician who go on rounds and enter the current and previous reading which gets updated in SAP. Can it be automated wherein when the reading goes above a threshold limit, automatically the notification should get created and should get updated in SAP.

 

Also, can we import Odata services in agentry? I have seen an option in agentry wherein, we have OData Service connection. Has this been implemented by anyone? I guess if this can be done, it can open doors for many new processes.

 

 

Please suggest. It would be helpful.

Hello Experts,

 

We have installed SMP SP11 Server in Windows system and deployed SAP Work Manager 6.3 app to it.

These seems no issues while deploying the app and we got "I am here" message in browser also.

 

Also able to connect to the app from ATE without any issue.

 

When we try to open the management cockpit using IE(8.0), the cockpit was not opening and not getting any security warning.

 

With Chrome browser we are getting the security warning even after importing the smp_cer.crt file to trusted root certificate.

 

With Firefox also not getting the security warning.

 

But when we try to install the same SMP Certificate in iPad through Apple Configurator 2 tool, it showing the cerificate was not signed.

 

And we are getting the communication error when trying the connect the app from iPad.

 

We are using the SMP server host name to run the cockpit and in the app URL.

 

We have referred the below blog also but no luck.

Hi experts,

 

I'm trying to add two new fields to the Work Order complete screen

 

The last two fields were added by me, but the thing I wanted them to do is to fill the Actual Start and Actual End.

Do I need Java or it can be made just with bindings ? If so, how can I do it?

Hi Expert,

 

 

After start and restart application and SMP Server I have still the same error when I run SAP Wokrmanager in my local SMP Server.

 

Unfortunatly I have no log:

- Server log is ok: no message error and server start

- Agentry log: no message error and I can run the url in a browser.  (I have the result I'm here)

 

I just see something in Osgi file: Component definition XMLs not found in bundle com.sap.it.ictools.mapping.core.valuemapping. The component header value is OSGI-INF/*.xml but I see nothing to fixe it.

 

When I deploy the same application in the customer server SMP, everything it's ok.

 

 

In the smp server, I don't know but I had a lot of Offline cluster. I delete all and restart server, but I have the same error.

I check the file in RSA key and delete it, but when I restart the server, it didn't recreate.

SMP Server local: Version: 3.0.10.10SP Level: 10

WPF CLient: v70.12.1.11

 

So if you have an idea to fixe it and rerun WPF client with my application, it could be very appreciate.

I've read many posts about complex data tables.  Has there been any advancements in the searching of the  complex table data?  I've tried using the complex table drop down, but the search is not a contains(for performance reasons i'm sure).  I've also tried using two fields , one as a string field and then tried to use that in the include rule, but the performance was bad there and essentially hung the application.

 

Has anyone seen any other options that might be suitable to try?  I have about 61K+ records in the complex data table.  I'm filtering down using the parent indexes but its just not filtering down enough.

Hi Experts,

 

I uploaded the app using SMP Admin Cockpit. It shows Uploading Successfully. I come to the backend tab, the field Class Path and Server class are blank.

 

What I have done are

1. Create Agentry App using SMP Admin Cockpit

 

2. Publish the WM zip file onto the SMP server.

 

Please help me out of this issue. Thank you very much.
