My Paystubs is opening a blank page

I am accessing My paystubs app using the below URL:

http://<server>...<port>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ui5_hcm_ps_mon/index.html

but it opens a blank page as seen below.Even if try opening the app from the homepage still it opens a blank page.

The UI component present in the system is UISRA006 100 and OData component is SRA006 600.

I checked in transaction code PFCG that the role for my paystubs which is SAP_HCM_PS_MON_APP is not  present in the system since the name of the role doesnt appear.How do i add this role?
