Help on Mobile Portal

Hi

I'm trying to activate content using the smartphone framework page in the Portal. The Portal version I'm using 740 SP4.

When I assign the default 'Every user mobile role' to a user, I see a blank view above the content as shown in the attachment.

Please advise as to how I can disable this view.
