I am working on Syclo Service Manager application version 3.1. There is a requirement and I wanted to confirm with the experts whether this is possible or not.
1. Can we make a chat available in the application so that the service technician can chat with the supervisor /backoffice ? Can this be Enhance/Customize or can be done with the help of 3rd party ?
2. Can we send the email alert to the Supervisor based on some conditions in the application fromSyclo ?
