Hello,
We recently installed 1 prod,1 dev server and a relay server for SMP 2.3. The relay server link is running and showing Overall Availability Full.
The outbound enablers are running on both prod and dev servers. However we were not able to connect through the relay server. When we checked the rsoe logs we noticed some error messages:
I. 2014-01-20 15:01:44.275-0500 <UpChannel-0000> Successfully connected to relay server: 192.168.192.110:80
E. 2014-01-20 15:01:44.275-0500 <UpChannel-0000> OEE1031: The Outbound Enabler access was denied by the Relay Server
E. 2014-01-20 15:01:44.275-0500 <UpChannel-0000> OEE1036: A network connection was closed by the Relay Server or an intermediary while the Outbound Enabler was reading from it
How can we rectify this issue?
