Error while adding tile in launchpage

Hi,

When I try to create new tile in launch page i get below error:

"Error in OData response for POST "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST/PageChipInstances": HTTP request failed

Details: Resource Chip not found."

I get this same error for both App Launcher and App Launcher(Dynamic)

I have checked the below poc :

Tcode : /n/ui2/chip

CHIP Name : /UI2/APPLAUNCHER ,  /UI2/APPLAUNCHER_DYNAMIC     

Press :  ctrl + F2

i get belwo error :

Failed to send HTTP request for UI2 CHIP xml with path
/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/tilechips/applauncher.chip.xml. Return code: 0

Exception of class /UI2/CX_CHIP_CATALOG

Please sugget.
