Not able to see tiles in Gateway System

Hi Experts-

I am not able to see tiles in a Gateway system (after deploying all the relevant SAP Notes and doing configuration of connecting with ECC and SRM). The page opens up and I see blank background (blue theme).

I see following error logs in Chrome inspector.

I checked SAPUI5 and its on version 1.16.7 which i upgraded from 1.16.3. How can I make sure if sap.ui2.srvc.chip is included in SAPUI5?
