Working with Agentry Share folder

Hi,

I am using an agentry share folder with my team to integrate an agentry project. But while integrating we are facing a lot of issues.

At times when one of us takes an update, his/her changes are lost automatically even when we use the agentry compare screens.

Sometimes the agentry share shows that updates are complete but the revision number for that project remains the same i.e. the old one and that person is not able to commit his/her changes.

Please provide any suggestions on how we should go about this issue. If possible please share some documentation for reference.

p.s. we are using eclipse syclo plugin (eclipse indigo).
