Issue while updating data from Syclo

Hi All,

I am working with Syclo Service Manager 4.0 SMP2.3 SP03

I am updating values from Syclo device like

1. Uploading an attachment
2. Updating the Surveys
3. Adding signatures while completing the confirmation.

But this is not getting updated in SAP backend. Is there any specific configuration which needs to be done in this case.

Please note that the required configuration is done in the SAP config panel. PFA

Please advise what possibly I am missing here so that I can send the updates back to SAP.
