How to update a stock quantity?

I am working on Smart Service Manager 3, Agentry plugin 6.0.32, Agentry server 6.0.32, Agentry Android client 6.0.42.2

I want to update stock quantity after transfer and delta sync.

My stock complex tables are getting refresh in each delta sync.

I want to make a rule to update their quantity after each delta sync.

Quantity depends upon fields material number, plant, storage location.

All this fields are in same CTStock complex table.

How should be my rule to do so?
