Is SAP Fiori My Spend Apps a HANA Based App?

Hi,

      In May-2014 SAP Released the 4th iteration of over 300 apps. In this iteration My Spend App was put in a bucket, "SAP Fiori Apps for Smart Financials", please refer to the url

Now if one were to go inside My Spend and look at the backend server requirements for this App then one observes that we require, "Smart Financials 1.0 SPS01". Now here is the confusing part, this particular component or addon is avaliable only for "SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA"

So does this mean that the My Spend is only for SAP HANA based SAP Business Suite/ECC/ERP System?
