Syclo cannot able to handle Image in Maximo Workorder long description

Hi guys,

To test our requirement I've added a image in Work order long description in Maximo. (Capture1 image)

I can see in the log that this is the query (getLongDescriptionAll -) which is failing to load. (Capture2 image)

The function in the query which is converting the long description to VARCHAR is "sycloLongDescToVarchar".

This is the key thing which is failing to handle image in long description.(Capture4 image)

Any idea what to modify to handle our issue.
