Hi,
we are using a android application, which is connected through an reverse proxy and SUP 2.2 SP 4 to an Netweaver MI. The connection runs into problems every single time we are trying to connect.
1. The registration is always succesfull.
2. After the registration process finished, the application connection went offline in SCC. Pending items are rasing...
Sometimes it works fine, but 45 out of 50 trials went wrong. Even after some time the device seems not to reconnect again, it stays offline.
Do you guys have any further idea what kind of problem this could be?
What we have seen is, that within the SUPBridge log an error occurs, everytime the device went offline: "ClientError is called."
As I'm not familiar with the job of the SUPBridge I'm also not sure if this is a firm lead.
