We're implementing CRM Analytical Apps in our landscape and I'm facing the error "Check the data source" while creating an evaluation for a KPI. As a result, dropdown lists are empty for both "Filter settings" and "Input Parameters":
The network console points to some authorization issue:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
/sap/hba/apps/crmhlq/odata/LeadQuery.xsodata/$metadata
Following roles have already been provided to the user:
- sap.hba.apps.crmhlq.roles::Activities
- sap.hba.apps.crmhlq.roles::crmhlq
- sap.hba.apps.crmhlq.roles::Leads
- sap.hba.apps.crmhlq.roles::SalesPerformanceAnalysis
- sap.hba.apps.crmhlq.roles::SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_SALES_PERFORMANCE
- sap.hba.apps.crmhlq.roles::TopOpportunities
Does anyone have some idea on this issue ? Please provide your valuable suggestions.. Any help will be appreciated.
