Fiori Travel Request - Reject comments not coming through to backend

Hi Experts,

Does anyone know if there is any configuration required to enable the Comments (to flow through to the backend system) that you write when you Reject a Travel Request?

Attached screen shots showing the "Note" structure missing the comments that I have entered.
