Work Order goes missing for some seconds, While background sync gets executed

Hi Experts,

I work to customize SAP Work Manager-6.0 for one of our client.

As per client's requirement, we have activated background sync option in the App.

It successfully updates every transaction in the back end(SAP) but when background sync gets executed the Agentry client becomes hang for some seconds and the end user can't do any thing for that period.

I know, this is happening because, The updated Work Order is getting replaced.

Please help me to tackle the scenario.
