SAP Fiori does not load correctly on IE 11

Dear all

we currently have an issue with SAP Fiori Apps on IE 11. The apps do not render correctly on the very first load. Here is a screenshot

As you see when you launch an app, it does not load correctly. If you refresh the screen again, it load correctly.

The software components are,

SAP_UI SP10

sapui5 version 1.24.3

Has anyone faced the same issue. Is there a resolution??
