Custom Button on Details Page

Hi  All,

I have added two custom button called as "Job End and Final Complete" in the main details page, on the button panel. I created a rule - "On click of Job start, enable

"Job Done" button". It works fine. On click of Job start, job done button is enabled and the SO list status changes to "In Process" and the Job Start button is disabled.

Similarly when i click Job Done, Job Final complete button should be enabled and Job Done custom button should be disabled and the status should be updated in the SO list . I created the rule. But when i run the app and click Job Done, no effect or no changes are happening.

Pls. help me with this issue.
