Hi,
We have implemented SAP CRM Mobile Sales 2.1 using NWM and SUP. It is all working nice, but if the connection between the CRM system and NWM system fails the queues in CRM is failing (which is ok). However, when the connection is reestablished the queues are not automatically starting up again, they only turn into status ready and then requires a manual action.
All queues are registered in the SMQR transaction as instructed in the configuration guide.
Is there any methods or tricks to make the queues start automatically?
