I am using business objects mobile app version 4.4.28.18 and our server is BO 4 SP04. we plan to GO LIVE soon. Before we do I was testing the business objects mobile app. Now we have sandbox server, development server & our production system for BO.
Now I have deployed the war files and configured the mobile server properties file in both our bo development and sandbox server.I have also created a category in the CMC.
in the BI launch pad of development system I have assigned the reports to the mobile category. But when I try to download the report on my iphone 5 or ipad I get the message 'Downloading' , 'Refreshing' and then suddenly the app crashes and I am back to the home screen of my iphone 5.
Also, I have noticed that once I save the webi report or from BI launch pad any report to mobile category it takes time for the report to be visible in the the app.

Kindly advice why the app crashes on downloading the report.
Also any links to any documentation would be highly appreciated.
