HI All,
I have developed a HWC app on SUP 2.1.3 to get details of payment request but when data is displayed on device it is truncated.
On Ipad i can see the full data in the label field but data is truncated in iphone device. Itried increasing the number of lines of Label field but no sucess.

I would request to suggest me how can i fix this on iPhone device so that full data can be seen inside the label box.

We are working on a project and the solution is supposed to use Gateway Unified Inbox integrated with BPM.
I followed the document below to create Logical Port, System alias, as well as activating TASKPROCESS service, when I tried to access the Gateway Unified Inbox, I got the problem below:

I've configured SMP 3.0 to connect with ERP backend and used SDK to read BAPI function from my ERP, after deploying my application it generated .pkg.profile and TEST.pkg folders in deployment folder and both have .jar file.
What I suppose to do next to make my .apk file for andriod?

I want to calculate the total time taken in hours while working on a scenario ie .. diff ( End date time - Start date time)
Now I am a bit confused that the result which I am getting is in milliseconds or seconds .
Can anyone please clarify so that I can make the calculation to convert the time in hours .
Also , should I convert the date time in integer value and then do the calculation or direct difference between the date and time will be fine ?

But they had updated the SAPUI5 version, I think the lastest, and it comes with a problem. The button is appearing, but with a weird behavior, as you can see:
All my code remains the same, and as I've seen on documentation API, it remains the same too.
Could you help me on how to resolve this?

I am working on implementing SAP WM 6.1 with the SMP 3.0 SP 04 server. The application has been deployed & configured on the server. I can also get to the page for application test

where I get a response "I am here". I have downloaded & installed the smp_crt on the laptop before running the test.
When testing the application from the ATE 7.0.x the user is able to login to the app itself, however the loading and rebuilding index definitions just takes too long to finish and is stuck at this stage for hours before I have to kill the app. (See screen shot below).
The backed is IS-U EHP7 of ERP 6.0 and all the necessary config and data exist on the ECC. There are just a few records on the backend.
Any clues to resolve this is much appreciated.

I am trying to do agentry android branding. I am trying to use eclipse to generate APK file. When I install the SMPAgentryClientFramework-Android-7.0.5 file to eclipse it shows errors in many xmls (says resource not found in themes.xml , colors.xml so on) and also lint errors. Its not allowing to generate APK file. If I disable lint error checking, its generating but the application fails to load in the device. I installed API level 17,18,19,21 . Still same. Any help appreciated.

Can we run Afaria for applications/devices connected to HCP (HANA Cloud Platform)?
HCPms (HANA Cloud Platform mobile services) is flexible enough to
run onfline/offline scenario.
According to SAP we can develop just as the same way as for SMP.
Many of the codes are shared between SMP and HCPms.
There could be a case that users moves around with offline data.
I have a bit concern about data and device managment with HCPms in this case,
and want to know if applications and data can be deleted by administrators at any time necessary.
Afaria would be a good option if it can manage mobile applications and devices in such a way under HCP scenario.
It would be grateful is anyone responds.

Can any one provide the clarity, is SAP Fiori flavor has Open Enrollment functionality or not?
Presently we are running the open enrollment functionality in SAP java webdynpro. We are planning to move to ABAP webdynpro for Open enrollment. But looks like SAP Fiori has the good usability, so we are thinking to implement the whole SAP ESS functionality in SAP Fiori itself. But our main functionality is rely on Open enrollment. So can any one provide the the clarity is current Benefits functionality in SAP Fiori provides the Open enrollment or not. If not what is the SAP future plan on the Open enrollment in SAP Fiori? Like is going to release as future release in next year.
When i look at the Fiori Benefits scope documentation. Its not given that, it has the Open enrollment functionality.
I have another question related to enabling same Fiori functionality across all types of devices( like Desktop, ipad, iPhone) . what is the extra effort on the development and infrastructure wise.
Please clarify it.

we have a problem with the communication between SMP3.0 and ERP. We are trying to configure the connection with an Agentry Application.
Therefore we tried to test the connection with the .bat file:
User and password are not the problem, we checked both. Client number and system number are also ok. We also tried the javaBE.ini file with an other system and client with the same result. Is there a specific port that has to be opened in the firewall or any packages that must be installed on the ERP?

Additionally we are also looking for a documentation, explaining how to setting up Agentry with SMP3.0. We've just found installation guides.

I installed and set up my Fiori system. But last time when i changed the system date in the fiori front end server, the launch pad for the fiori is not getting throughing an error,
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
But i can access both front end and back end system using sap Gui Logon. But the launchpad URL is not getting.
Please help me to rectify the issue.
